Excellence
We set high expectations for students and staff alike, pursuing academic rigor, professional skill, and continuous growth at every level.

Our Story
Garfield County School Of Innovation was founded by educators, parents, and community leaders who saw a gap between what traditional schooling offered and what students in our region actually needed. With a growing economy driven by energy, construction, healthcare, tourism/hospitality, and technology, Garfield County deserved a school that prepared students for those real opportunities.
Our model centers on career and technical education, concurrent enrollment, entrepreneurship, and building trades — pathways that connect classroom learning to real careers. We believe every student, regardless of background or ability, deserves access to a rigorous, relevant, and inspiring education.
Garfield County School Of Innovation will serve students in grades K through 12, offering credentials, college credit, and career-ready skills within a supportive, innovative school community. Our charter will be submitted to Garfield County Re-2 School District on September 30, 2026, with an anticipated opening of Fall 2027.
